the project concerns about how a cereals board buy farm products from farmers and also selling them farm inputs eg fertilizer and farm seeds. problem statement.a cereals board requires a farmer to apply for a certain amount of fertilizer based on his/her farm acreage( this includes his/her land and the ones obtained through leasing). The amount of fertilizer applied should not exceed the recommended amount stipulated in the farm size per each individual farmer.the system should be able to notify the farmer that his/her application has been processed then he/she is given a go ahead to go and pay at the bank using the code sent to him and when should he/she pick her inputs.after paying the bank should notify the cereals board automatically that so and so has paid certain amount of money using the specified code.the cereals board processes the payment and notifies the collector at the cereals port to dispatch certain amount of fertilizer to so and so, the system should also notify the farmer to pick his/her purchases at the collection point specifying the date and time.the system should also capture details of farmers selling the farm produce to the cereals board and when should the farmers receive the money from the sales.multi-login system. 1. admin at the cereals port2. bank to confirm the payments3. farmer
