Harbour requirement

Software Requirements:- Windows: Requires Windows 7 or later, with GCC (MinGW), MS Visual C++, or any C compiler, and standard C libraries. macOS: Needs macOS 10.12 or later, with Clang or GCC, and standard C libraries. Linux: Supports any modern Linux distribution with GCC and GNU C libraries.
